Who doesn’t love celebrations, sunsets, good vibes and a bit of bubbly? I don’t know about you but I never say no to champagne. Especially when the views are breathtaking and the company is great!
As the Autumn season is slowly approaching in Italy, I am looking back to the beautiful evening in Puglia. We spent last night by the sea, in Salento region celebrating simple yet meaningful moments at the occasion of ferm LIVING new website launch. Have you already seen it? I’m loving the new design and the ever-growing home and living collection. Ferm LIVING surely does not need an introduction, it’s one of my favourite Danish brands so styling and photographing their products is always a pleasure. This time the pleasure was double as the product in focus were the stylish champagne saucers. Featuring a beautifully rippled surface, the ripple series’ elegant shape adds certain something to a glass, don’t you think?
My husband and I have this little tradition to watch sunsets in special places while we are on vacation. It sounds extremely cheesy (and most likely is!) but we all know just how romantic, inspiring and irresistible sunsets can be. I love how the sun slows down our perception of time and makes us experience the present moment, reflect on life. A simple thing but in the busy everyday life we hardly ever have the time to truly live in the present and focus on what really matters. Do you ever make time to celebrate simple moments?
The beautiful ripple champagne saucers are made in Shanxi province, northeast of Beijing, surrounded by a natural landscape and pear plantations. Every single glass is mouth-blown into a mould. The blower puffs air through a pipe to expand the glass into the desired size and shape. With an elegant rippled surface the Ripple Series is a perfect combination of form and function.
