Milan Design Week: Flou and Natevo Favourites

Happy Friday everyone! It’s me again with some more news and trends from Salone del Mobile. But first, how are you? Are you looking forward to relaxing this weekend?

What I am about to share with you may get you in the calming weekend mood already, as it’s all about designs enhancing comfort and well-being. Right after the blog safari tour with Design Diffussion, I went to see the new collections of Flou and Natveo. They’ve been on my watch list for a while but I never had a possibility to see (and touch) their products, so I took my chance during Salone. The range of beds is quite impressive as there are over 40 models to fit individual needs, lifestyle and style. The problem was, they all looked so comfy it was very hard for me, not to try them out during the fair!

Styled with eye-catching accessories including bedside tables, linen fabrics, mirrors and a collection of illuminated furniture from Natevo, it was a treat to visit their stands. As I mentioned in the previous post I very much enjoy showrooms styled as home tours, where I not only see latest creation but also can get some decoration ideas for my own home. Below you can see my 4 favourite designs seen at the shoowroom:

1/ Tay table – marble coffee table designed by Massimo Castagna, comes in many different finishes.

2/ Iko bed – simple lines, precious materials and details in glossy finish make it my favourite Flou bed.

3/ Continnum desk – designed by Matteo Nunziati, perfect for bedroom corner or small space. The adjustable swing bar with the led lights, illuminates the work surface (Natevo)

4/ Tube chair – designed by Thesa Progetti. Combination of durable steel and mesh make it lightweight, handy design suitable for both indoors and outdoors. (Natevo)

To see more Flou and Natevo designs visit their websites, and I’m wishing you a happy weekend!
