Stylish, converted wooden barn

passionshake-reconstructured barn tour9I have something special for you today. This reconstructed old, wooden barn stole my heart with its incredible bright, black and white interiors. You might know me well enough to tell that these are not my typical colors, but I have to admit that recently they start growing on me, especially when I see spaces like this one! The barn is located in the town Golčův Jeníkov in Czech republic and has been remade and designed by the owners of the Oooox studio, who are now the happy people living there. What I really love about this house is (pretty much everything!) the clean, Scandinavian look with glass doors and large windows, mixed with industrial elements including the lamps above the table, the factory window in the bathroom shower area or the dining table made from pipes. And that window view – it is just breathtaking!

  1. It is absolutely fabulous! Normally I don’t love cowhides, but this one looks perfect in this home. Love the shower!

    Hello,
I don’t normally like black and white interiors, like you mentioned but this is a fabulous space!
I love the double height living space, the dining table and the absolutely stunning views. Your blog looks really good.
