Hello dear friends, hello New Year!
I can’t believe we are already in 2019! How was your Holiday break? Are you ready to kick off the new year?
I have to say I very much enjoyed my time offline, I disappeared for almost two weeks (guilty!) to enjoy these special days of the year with my friends and family in Poland. It was a perfect mix of relax, social gatherings, nights out but also a bit of planning and looking into 2019. Bring it on!
I’m fully charged and ready to make this year count, chase more dreams and tackle new adventures and opportunities around the world. What about you?
Here are a few things I want to share with you, a little sneak peek into what I am planning and hoping to achieve:
1. STYLING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
-Last year was very busy as I joined Airbnb creative team to select, style and photograph some of the most beautiful homes around Milan and Verbania region, which will be listed under the PLUS category. It’s been an adventure which will continue in 2019 and I can’t wait to see and shoot more iconic home stories.
-I have upgraded my gear to a more serious Nikon D750 and a set of powerful lenses including 24-70mm f2.8 which together do magic! I mean WOW. I am still amazed when I shoot with it. Having said that, of course I will continue doing product styling and shoots, so if you need lifestyle shots for social media, product photos for your website or catalogues – I’m here!
2. E-COURSE
That’s right! I am launching an e-course in a form of downloadable pdf file, where I poured ALL MY KNOWLEDGE about conceptual styling, creating inspiring content, photography and editing. A-Z – how to capture your subject in a gorgeous way, explained in a simple step-by-step guides with plenty of examples and exercises. I’m sure that if you follow along, you will up your photography game in only few weeks time!
It’s almost ready, stay tuned!
3. E-SHOP
Many of you probably don’t know as I’m not the best at advertising it but I run an Etsy e-shop where I sell downloadable ready-to-use mock-up photography. It’s been a great year for the shop, many new and returning customers which makes me very happy and proud! Over 800 sales have definately exceeded my expactations and I can’t wait to see what the new year brings! All I can say is that I’m very grateful and happy to create a product which helps you grow your buisness. Currently I am working on a new collections so there will be many more mock-ups added to the shop in the next few months.
4. BLOG
I really hope to make the blog vibrant with the new exciting content you enjoy to read. You can definately expect more new posts from our new home including shopping lists to design choices and finished corners (I hope soon!) posts from our lovely two contributors: Jaana and Patrizia sharing their home stories, more styling and photography projects, interior design news and inspirations, blog tours and travels. If you have any special requests, please let me know and I will add it to the blog-content list.

5. BLOG TOURS
There are a few blog tours planned and I can’t wait to tell you more about it! We are kicking off this year with a trip to Hannover for the Domotex 2019 together with my bloggers team (decor8, my scandinavian home, monstercircus, vosgesparis, happy interior blog and trendstefan). We will take part in the panel discussions sharing our view on future trends and impressions from the fair. You can visit us at the fair in the special gathering area – the bloggers launge, where we will be on the 12 and 13th of January (hall 9). Hope to see you there!
6. INSTAGRAM
My New Years Eve resolution this year is to share more of my daily moments, bits and pieces of our life, be more active and spontanous, engage more with all of you. So simple yet sometimes so hard to achieve. Fingers crossed! (I believe I can do it! 😉
7. TRAVELS
I have a couple of exciting destinations on my travel list and hope to tick them off this year. I wish I could spend all my life travelling, visiting new places. Our Honeymoon in Mexico (Yucatan roadtrip and Tulum) was simply amazing and I can’t wait to travel again.
I’m excited about all of the above and looking forward to making it a great year!
