Do you know that today is the first day of Spring? To celebrate it in style, rather than going for a walk and enjoy the sun like normal people do, I have spent my morning staring at these mind-blowing flower constructions by the Dutch Artist Anne Ten Donkelaar. I’m still speechless. If this is not the most beautiful flower Art work, then what is? Anne creates her collages from pressed flowers and cut out flowers’ pictures, then places each element on pins to create depth. Some of them are more fantasy-like, with a ‘sophisticated twist’ and some refer to planets. They come in so many different forms and compositions, that I’m sure everyone can find their own favorite.
