This post has a serious photo overload but it was such a great and inspiring weekend that I just need to share them with you!
Apart from visiting Amsterdam for the first time I also attended an international blogging event organized in Arena hotel for design and lifestyle bloggers and I have to say, I enjoyed it all very much. The idea behind Meet The Blogger is to get all the bloggers together so they can meet in person, chat, mingle, have fun, learn new tips and tricks and get inspired – and this is exactly what it was but also so much more!
There was an interesting conference program featuring speeches by Daniel Costa from Trend Tablet, lovely Katie Searle Williams from Kinfolk, break-out sessions with bloggers from Bloggerstour, talk by social media guru – Kirsten Jassies who focused on the future of blogging. and award ceremony lead by Carlein Kieboom – a chief editor of VTwonen (which happens to be one of my favorite magazines)
The winners this year were – Holly Marder from Avenue lifestyle and Vivan Hoebe from April and May – both very much deserved. I’m particularly happy for Holly who not only is an incredible interior stylist and photographer but also a lovely (and very funny!) person. It’s been a truly wonderful experience to be there, get to know many talented bloggers and amazing people, who share the same interest and passion.
I wasn’t deliberately taking photos of bicycles, they are just everywhere! During my trip, I have stayed in Volkshotel (I will tell you all about it later o this week) and also attended two parties – at Pistache on Friday night, organized by Bloggerstour (photos here) and at The coffee Virus on Saturday, organized by Yvonne from Yvestown (photos here). More everyday photos you can find on my instagram feed (yes, I have finally joined it!)
All in all it was a fantastic weekend, and I’m looking forward to many more events like this! So what do you think? Will you join Meet the Blogger next year?
Oh and here you can find my photos from concept store Sukha in case you missed it. Have a great day x
U Was te spotkania są duuużo większe niż u nas ;-). Fajnie 😉
A ja właśnie nigdy nie byłam na żadnym polskim i strasznie żałuję! Było naprawdę super – gorąco polecam (i strasznie fajnie byłoby się spotkać!) 🙂
I missed Amsterdam a lot! Your images’re simply gorgeous. I love them…
And I would like to be there and meet you so much but there was a religious holiday in Turkey and I had to be with my parents…
Maybe next time…
Amsterdam is really cool 🙂 We definitely need to meet in person one day – I’m sure there will be many more occassions! Thank you xo
You really captured Amsterdam beautifully! As an Amsterdam resident I sometimes forget how special it is to be living in an amazing city as this. Thanks for the reminder…
So sorry we didn’t get to meet at Meet the Blogger, I must have missed you with all the exciting things going on an so many people to meet. Hopefully we’ll meet next time…
