There’s something about OY that just stops time for a second. Skandinavisk’s tribute to the untouched stillness of the Nordic coast – it’s crisp, mineral, fresh. Like water meeting rock. Like that in-between moment just before a wave slips back into the sea.
When we were asked to photograph their body wash and lotion line, it wasn’t just about showing the product – it was about capturing a feeling. The kind that lingers. The kind that lives in nature.
So, that’s where we started.
We leaned into tactile, grounded elements – raw textures, wet rock surfaces, visible water catching soft light. Each photo was meant to feel like a slow shoreline walk: sea air, sunlight warming stone. Unfiltered, uncluttered, and deeply calm.
Nothing hurried. Just gentle movement, shadows, and a quiet conversation between light and texture.
