Here comes the inspiration from the minimalist Ariake apartment at Milan Design Week 2022.
I hope you enjoyed my highlights from this year’s Fuorisalone I have shared with you on my Instagram. Being back after three years of pandemic absence was truly refreshing and very much needed to feed my creative design brain. Hundreds of showrooms, installations and events where I met old and dear industry friends has inspired me in many ways and sparked that need to show you the best of what I saw. Looking at your responses to my IG stories, we all seemed to love the most the Cipango exhibition by Japanese Ariake brand.
Japanese design once again proved to be the master of wonderful, minimalistic yet one of a kind style.
The exhibition took place in an apartment in Porta Venezia. The apartment was recently redesigned by Italian architect Francesco Rota, and showcases a new collection of his own together with Inga Sempé, Norm Architects, Neri & Hu, Keiji Ashizawa, Zoe Mowat and Gabriel Tan. Filled with gorgeous, decorative pieces it was a true feast for the eyes.
Let me take you on the little tour so you can get a bit inspired by those wonderful interiors and timeless pieces.
Here we go!
