Casalinga’s ceramics

Passionshake - Casalinga's handmade ceramics12

Hands up who knows what Casalinga means in Italian? A Housewife. I’m not that fluent in Italian yet, I actually found out today, but I certainly wouldn’t associate Calalinga’s products with a typical housewife. In fact with a total opposite. Casalinga has been launched in Denmark by a talented ceramist and designer Trine Weng and to me those beautiful ceramics are an excellent example of functionality and modern, minimalistic design. Again not an image of traditional housewife, right? But there is something that combines the two – “Both take pride in quality raw ingredients and in devoting the time it takes to achieve the best possible result”. Without any doubt, the final effect is gorgeous! Have a look at what exactly we can find in their range of handmade porcelain collections. Spot your favorite?
