Milan Design Week is definitely the most inspiring week of the year for all the interior lovers. Incredible locations, latest trends, best exhibits, installations and gorgeous stylings leave me speechless for days. Each year I try to gather as much information as I can to show you my favourite finds and latest tendencies so in the next days you can expect an avalanche of posts from Milano!
Let’s start with the unforgettable IKEA Festival which celebrated ‘better everyday life’ in the heart of Milan’s Lambrate district, where we’ve had a chance to experience vibrant program of music, design and live acts!
My favourite part of the IKEA event was the beautiful styling by Pella Hedeby and Anna Lenskog Belfrage whose work I admire for years. The idea was to make IKEA feel personal and fit our everyday needs so they have created four different spaces, focused on trending themes : growing, creation, harmony and compact living featuring stylish corners and gorgeous details.
Have a look at few photos I snapped during the event to get the feeling of what it was like to be there. Spot your favourite?
